“An easy walk from Nunhead Station to a beautifully restored old corner pub. The food is good and better for the fact you're eating in an enveloping cosiness. A decent range of beers and wine too.”

Us and our dog have always been warmly welcomed and have found it to be a comfy, friendly, no frills local pub serving generous portions of simple, tasty, affordable food and well priced drinks. It's everything we want from a local pub and makes a refreshing change from the many ridiculously overpriced gastro-pubs in the area. We'll definitely visit again. Free, secure parking too!”

“Such a great place with friendly staff that will happily support with any queries. Rooms are a great size, clean, very accommodating and no noise disturbance at night. We stayed on a Saturday night. A secure car park is a available for customers. Earl of Derby is a short distance from the train station and approximately a 25 minute walk to the centre of town. Food is great, drink selection is great. Highly recommend”
